Jumpstart clients receive a customizable meal guide and nutritional counseling to complement their workout routines, ensuring optimal health and effective weight management during the 21 days. Nutrition plays a BIG part in any transformation. Knowing what to eat, proper portion sizes and when to eat helps ensure maximum results in the 21 day timeframe and beyond.
Knowing where your starting from can sometimes be an eye opening experience but its necessary to gauge results. Our gym uses the Styku 3D infrared body composition scanner for all progress tracking.
Come on in to get a workout in day or night, 24/7 on your own schedule. From free weights and cable machines to cardio equipment and boxing bags, we have a fully equipped gym for all your fitness needs in a smaller intimate environment.

What should I expect during the 21 Day JumpStart Program?
Expect a supportive environment with coaches that are here to help you improve your health and fitness, guiding you every step of the way with fun (yet challenging) fitness sessions, easy to follow meal guides, weekly progress checks, and community support aimed at achieving your wellness goals. We also expect you to give your 100% to this program. Everyones 100% looks different, we just ask that you do your best.
Who is the 21 Day JumpStart for?
The JumpStart is designed for anyone looking to improve their physical health, regardless of their current fitness level or past experience. Its for anyone who is wanting to get back into a fitness routine or those who are new to fitness and want to begin their fitness journey.
Do I need to have gym experience to join?
No, you don't need any prior gym experience. Our fitness experts will work with you and meet you at your current fitness level.
What if I have dietary restrictions
Our nutritional expert will help you figure a plan to accommodate your dietary needs.
What if I can't give 100% because of certain circumstances but still want to do this?
Many people have various things going on in their lives and we get that. We will meet you where you are fitness-wise. You don't have to exercise every day to get results. Start with what you feel comfortable with. You'll have all the information you need to transform your health and fitness level to continue on at your own pace after this 21 day jumpstart program ends or you can continue on with our full program.
What happens if I miss a few days or a week due to unforeseen circumstances?
If you miss a few days or so just get back on track as soon as possible and continue to give your best. We will help adjust your plan if needed to still maximize your results. The 21 days however is consecutive begins the day of your first 3D body scan.
